This is something I definitely want to try. I am especially curious about the two other kinds of seaweed accompanying lato. Never heard of them before but i want to try them because I love seaweeds! :D Didn't know kamias had anti-fat properties too :D

I went to Cebu once but sadly, I wasn't able to get a taste of Zubuchon. I'll be back to Cebu mid this year though, and I'll super make sure that I eat some pieces of the best pig ever! :D

I am an avid fan of Marketman who owns Zubuchon. I have not been fortunate enough to make a trip back to Cebu. But if ever I do a meal at Zubuchon will be a must for me.

kamias is maasim kaya nakakadiet.i want to try this too .i used to make candied Kamias back then ,may puno kami ng kamias before at sa dmai ng bunga ,i learned to make candy and dried kamias. .kakamis naman ang lechon.

Another reason, i would love to go back to Cebu is the food and this Zubuchon will be worth a visit. :)

i've always wanted to try Zubuchon...didn't realize there's one in Pusok, Lapu-Lapu. i usually stay in a hotel in the area. will definitely check them out soon.:p
